Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or customized jewellery cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • The replacement will be shipped after confirmation of the issue with the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, contact support immediately with a photo of the item.
  • A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.
