At Velantae, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering each piece of jewellery. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the terms related to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged or missing items.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Exchange Request Timeframe:

All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• How to Initiate an Exchange:

Please email us at velantaejewellery@gmail.com with a video recording of the unboxing that clearly shows the damaged or missing item.

• Verification & Approval:

Once we receive your video, our team will assess the issue. If your claim is approved, you will receive further instructions to proceed with the exchange.

• Return Shipping:

If the item is verified as damaged or missing, Velantae will cover the return shipping costs.

• Replacement:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for any of our products at this time.

We only offer exchanges for damaged or missing items, as outlined above.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original Packaging: All packaging materials (including boxes and pouches) must be intact.

• Tags: Any tags or labels must remain attached and unaltered.

Items that show signs of wear or are returned in poor condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges

• Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Shipping and delivery policy

You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS.
